History of our IT Support evolution

In November 2005 Network Essentials made the switch from a “Break fix” IT Support company to a Managed Service provider (MSP). Leveraging help from companies that were pioneering the MSP space, we quickly understood the value of being an MSP and thought sharing. Most specifically we understand the business model, the tools and the efficiencies created by this type of IT support. Consistency and standardization are key to providing predictable IT services. This allows us to deliver a quicker, more reliable and secure IT support to all our clients.

Understanding the power of information sharing and has matured faster with the help of peer groups like EO and HTG / Evolve Peer Groups. Sharing process, procedure, security information makes us all better.

IT Security first

We deliver exceptional IT Services to a small number of clients that align with our philosophy of “security first”. We use the NIST cyber framework as the foundation for all our clients. The businesses we support vary in industry range from 10 to 300 employees. All our clients have their main office located in the Charlotte Metro area.

TNEUS supports most vertical markets (with the exception of hospitality and retail) and focus on businesses that are driven by compliance regulations such as SEC, FINRA, HIPAA, CMMC etc.

We welcome the opportunity to talk to any business needing help with IT Services.
